Frequntly on Sunday evenings I will have my son and his family over for dinner. They are quite satisfied with the regular old spaghetti dinner. I'm might want to cook something exotic, but that won't satisfy the little ones. (my son has two daughters) Last time they were here they asked what's for dessert and I didn't have any dessert so tonight I'm making Cherry crisp. I froze the cherries in 2023 after picking and pitting them. I did not harvest any this past summer. This was a recipe from the Joy of cooking.
