I made some green tomato mincemeat in 2022. It was the first project I did with my new pressure canner. Although it is true that mincemeat may not need to have pressure canning treatment, Because it is acidic enough. Since I made it in 2022 I wanna use it up so I made a mincemeat spice cake today. As you can see, I tried it and it taste delicious.
I use an old-fashioned applesauce cake recipe and just put in the mincemeat instead and I added a little honey in case it wasn't sweet enough
