I usually can or freeze cherries every summer. to make cherry crepes you thicken cherries with cornstarch,and add some sugar and you save some of the juice in the mixture. I make the cherry blitzes with the recipe for crepes from the joy cooking. I fill the crepes with marscapone cheese and cherries and then top with whipped cream.
